Pros
Hybrid schedule - Flexibility in days you're working from home or coming into the office. Coworkers are friendly and willing to help if needed.
Cons
High turnover rate for a reason. Micromanagement from management: you're expected to send a weekly schedule outlining what you're doing at each hour of the day. This is the only company I've worked for that expects something like this from their employees. Employees are not trusted and because of this they are treated like children (ex: Program Director insists on setting up work email account, when this is typically done by the employee on their own. As a result they know and write down your passwords). Lack of communication between director, supervisors and case planners causes confusion and added headaches. A lot of he-said she-said and games of Telephone, when a simple email could've cleared any confusion. A lot of disorganization; meetings planned at the last minute. Caseload given to case planners before training even began.
