Pros
HAP has a great organizational structure. The environment is both sophisticated and fun. Everyone is friendly and collaborative. HAP is full of intelligent individuals and you truly learn something new every day. HAP provides daily lunches as well as generous PTO and great benefits/perks.
Cons
It would be great to have more social gatherings/outings to connect with our colleagues. Additionally, some type of continuing education/education assistance & student loan benefit would be beneficial.
