Stable company so employee turnover is low leaving little room for advancement

To help homeless families with permanent housing. The services offered are very good for the families. Some employees are very good to work with.

Upper Management and the HR Department treat employees very unfair. They are very inconsiderate, they sit in the main office while the Shelter Managers and Case Managers are out in the field struggling with families in crisis such as substance abuse, domestic violence and even gang members. They offer no support and pressure employees with issues causing employees to struggle even more with a job that is already hard as it is.
