If you join the team, expect to be held responsible for real things that matter and need to be done yesterday on day one! - We are a team! Engineering works together and supports each other and we learn from each other. Communication within our department is excellent. - The company is well positioned to cause a huge splash in the health care industry.

Overall, a generally oppressive working environment. Despite the great technology and a highly talented team, there are too many negatives at the corporate level to make this an enjoyable place to work. - No feeling of ownership amongst employees - Communication between management and employees is virtually non-existent - Software and Hardware schedules are a joke - impossible to meet. - Little room for innovation, management are too involved in the design process. - Too much secrecy and exclusion, information is heavily partitioned - Low employee morale, management will intimidate rather than encourage - Employees feel as though they don't have a voice in the company's growth/direction. Issues and suggestions go unresolved or are ignored - Far too much politics for such a small company - Company resources are not being sensibly managed
