Pros
Great people, healthy work environment, positive team culture. Managers empower team members to guide themselves until they ask for help. Contributions are recognized and appreciated, if not always matched with monetary compensation. Very low turnover. Some nice perks like $3 catered lunch, free popcorn, foosball in the break room, flexible hours. Vacation is fair. 401K match is excellent. Starting salaries are pretty good.
Cons
Pay is good, but raises are small. Not much in the way of bonuses while we were AMX, but after the Harman acquisition, some levels of employees can qualify for bonuses based on their and the company's performance. Health insurance is VERY, VERY expensive, and it is a progressive premium, hitting higher compensated employees harder.
