Pros
I am writing this review after almost 2 year If I look back, I don't remember any pros of working at HCS.
Cons
1. Harman Connected Services (HCS) is not Harman International. 2. There is now "Work Life Balance". Working times are more than 12hrs for me. 3. Lots of politics inside. Especially, your manager will eat your head. 4. Architects time - You will never find their time. You need to keep on following up. 5. Increments - During a pandemic, they declared 10% deduction from salary. So Increments were negative. 6. You have to work under high pressure environment with very limited employees. In my case 24/7 shift is running with 5 people. 7. I think, shift allowances are not updated after 1990. And it's also according to your project. 8. If you said this problem to HR, no one cares.. They simply believe in that wonderful time come in the future and it's temporary.. 9. In my team more than 15 members joined and 6 are left in 2 months and remaining 4 people left in a year. But, there is no investigation from HR that, why people are leaving from this project.
