      Great people, outside of management. Great products. Very smart, driven, and passionate team.

      Cons

      Egotistical maniacs at the top. Promotions and awards are given to the least qualified and least deserving. Credit for success never reaches those who facilitate it while failures and mistakes quickly passes to others.
