None to be honest just you will be full time employee from day 1 and get full salary even in training
Cons
Worst company for any one they use freshers for their publicity. Me and my friends left 4-5 offers and joined this company but after being here for a here performing great in training and project they have laid off almost all the freshers of 2021 and 22 batch giving silly reason also saying their are no projects and can't see any project in future as well for around 7-8 months. They will at the end disturb you mentally and force you to resign you will feel like you had a break up with a toxic relationship they will blame you rather than accepting their flaws no hardwork Or anything you do here won't help. At the end this people be like for one year they paid you but what we did how much hardworking we were they won't see
