Pros
I really enjoy my time so far with Harman. I have really good, open-minded colleagues (in my team, and in the management as well). It was really easy to pick up the pace and everybody is really helpful. I can really arrange my work as needed, no unnecessary rush or anything like that.
Cons
Our project is still forming and quite "green" so some processes still needs to be implemented. But the team is really open about these things so I do not think that this will be a problem in the long run.
