Pros
I used to get a free meal after my shift, but after August of 2025, the employees have to pay 50% of their meal. So, the upper management got rid of the free meals that I and my coworkers got for over 3 years of working there.
Cons
The job is extremely hard, stressful, constantly demanding and fast paced, and I was overworked and underpaid. And the environment became very toxic when my old boss was fired last year by my District Manager and one of my supervisors suddenly became my boss and started micromanaging and bossing me and the rest of my coworkers and supervisors around, like we had no idea how to do our jobs, and I had been there for 3 years by then. So yeah, my boss and my District Manager were horrible and they started firing everyone around me that was not saying the Burger King script perfectly. But, I still had some pretty good supervisors, but unfortunately, they were fired or quit before I left Burger King. I was the last of my original crew when I also got fired, and for very silly and nitpicky reasons, too.
