no centralized database where information is stored. not easy to locate some info that is vital to one's job, very little training, especially on the products and services offered - this is a struggle, especially when clients expect a certain level of technical expertise and we are not equipped(at least in my experience) to provide it. unprofessional attitudes and sarcasm from management at times...unrealistic monthly goals for revenue. no career opportunities that i am aware of.
