Pros
Leadership has recognized the need to make internal organizational changes to set the company up for future growth: structural, strategic, people, and process changes are currently happening and although this isn't easy to get through, I view this as a real good thing. The company has a relaxed, 'family friendly' office atmosphere and offers a flexible work schedule if needed. Constant industry innovation is happening and you will be on the forefront of audiovisual technology. It's a good time to get into an industry that you can evolve and grow with and that will offer up new opportunties. Company will support a career path; training opportunties are available Company is trying to keep its family friendly feel by having a variety of events throughout the year; this does give you the opportunity to get involved and connect with others in the organization.
Cons
I'm not a fan of leading 'by committee' - although this seems like an inclusive approach to running a company, most people within a comittee won't offer up their free time to solve company challenges. Effective leadership does not work if no one is the leader. I do see a shift out of this approach happening...
