Family owned company. They do not tell you this when you start working there, and there is a lot of family drama. No real business model or vision unless you count the owner talking about how good of a sales person she is, yet I never saw her make one sell in the time I was there. She's quite the narcissist. I should have known better when in my interview she talked about herself the whole time and didn't bother to ask me any real questions about me or my work history. They treat their employees pretty awful. They don't think twice to scream, belittle and curse at employees in front of the rest of the staff. The micromanagement is out of control.
