Leadership is disorganized, and not friendly at all. They let their stress eat away at them, refuse to acknowledge that a lot of their problems are their lack of effective communication and being a disorganized mess. They let producers go regularly instead of acknowledging that some devs are just not pulling their weight and some managers refuse to do anything about it. No accountability for their own ineptitude. No clear guidance.
