      Small studio vibe with some of the friendliest people you will ever meet.

      Expectations of development staff are unrealistic and result in a lot of unpaid overtime.

      Pros

      HB really does go above and beyond to give you a good work life balance. I have been with the studio for many many years. There are times of crunch but they are a healthy distance apart. The studio does not believe in driving you 24 7 and on weekends. About 80% of the staff walk out the doors when the shift ends, to go be with family.

      Cons

      The building could use an external face lift.
