Pros

Salary is ok Possible to work from home 1 day a week (always different though)

Cons

8 directors for 6 lower level staff.. Constantly need to justify why you are leaving on time and not staying late (without extra pay of course) No matter what you do or how you do it, it is never good enough and you will get criticism, but not in a way you can use it to improve yourself, but in a form of blame. Every "director" pushes his work on everyone else below while literally doing nothing themselves (traveling, going to gym, or anything else outside of work). "Directors" have no idea how to manage time or plan work. Everything is due last minute. Most workload is expected right after 3 pm, thus you are expected to be in the office well past 5:30pm The main director W. Is incapable of making decisions thus his lower "Directors" dictate what needs to be done leading to chaos and mess.

Pros

There are many senior architects to learn from, offering strong mentorship and exposure to a wide range of experience. The firm also provides a flexible workplace, which supports work-life balance.

Cons

Advancement and inclusion can feel limited to a narrow inner circle. Candidates and employees outside of certain backgrounds or affiliations may find it challenging to be fully included or supported, regardless of performance or contribution.
