Pros
High managerial staffs are benefited with high salary, good family accommodation and other perks. Good for junior staffs to get an experience for a life time.
Cons
Poor management, number years of experience in the company is the only measure for respect, highly qualified staffs are working in junior roles with minimal salary unqualified old guys in managerial positions with no real professional working standards. Company doesn't follow Qatar labor laws and employees forced to work 12-14 hours per day with no overtime payments. Office politics is rampant which makes working in the office always an unpleasant experience.
