      Pros

      -Real life understanding of how a large entity commissions and employs a studio to get a large scale project done. -Being in the field and getting experience with a major documentary. -Working with well known media entities as fellow professionals.

      Cons

      -Weird hours and timing did not always align with my college life. -Schedule to come in was hardly set, and would often rely on my availability and when they needed me. -My supervisors were switched in the middle of my internship and it led to awkwardness.

      Pros

      Good benefits, which have been scaled back over the years from great benefits. Not a high volume or stress environment.

      Cons

      Very political, was a much better place to work in years prior but became an environment that was more toxic stemming from people outside of the film department.
