My direct Manager (Operations/finance) tried her best to be a buffer between the CEO and the rest of the staff which was acknowledged and appreciated by the entire back office while I was there. My other coworkers I enjoyed as well....just not the CEO.

CEO. He is the core of all the issues at this company. I still speak with a few people there and have heard that the 2 women he expected to run his entire company in the back office have both resigned due to poor treatment and he has hired 7 men to replace them. I have heard first hand the way he speaks to his staff and it is unethical and illegal. It is workplace harassment at its worst, plain and simple. He spreads vicious gossip about employees who cross him, enjoys pitting employees against each other and creating a hostile work environment, and aims to sabotage his own employees in an effort to gain dominance over them and feel superior. No matter how desperate you are - do not work here. This company should be under investigation for illegal workplace behavior.
