Stingy and complicated company - AVVC Engineer HCL America Employee Review

I had to fight to get below market value salary. After I joined, a coworker who had been working there for 4+ years quit because they wanted increased salary. They were asking for less than what I was offered to join, and the company wasn't willing to do it. Also the internal systems for the employee tools are incredibly complicated and many pages don't load because of errors with credentials.
