      There is a lot of internal politics in the organization. Despite consistent hard work and experience, employees often do not receive fair hikes. Instead, fresh graduates from IIT, NIT, or IIIT are hired at salary packages that are sometimes three times higher than those of experienced employees. Smaller teams sometimes mean handling multiple responsibilities.

      If you are for ol team you are converted.

      Cons

      Old products with no clear roadmap, CCO is putter this world. no market info, people don’t have sense of urgency to grow. Churn around 15% across product lines maskared in board meetings. HR don’t exist, and there is strong rumors that one CLevel has side business with a partner is South America. This was escalated to compliance, just silence.
