      - provide good health insurance - provide good laptop

      Cons

      - poor management, not organized - very bad culture, actually no culture - they have no office onsite - no annual raises, good job bonuses - either salaries are paid late, paid less than contracts, and go in a discussion each couple of month to pay the missed difference - annually bonus was paid less than in contracts - no career progress
