      Pros

      Good for experienced people and those who desperately need one opportunity to start in IT.

      Cons

      Very bad work culture. Management doesn't care about employees and gives unrealistic commitments to clients which leads to more problems for the employees and after employees solve all those things then the management takes all credits.
