      - will make you train your replacement - will make verbal promises and then give you something different on paper - 5 days PTO, 5 days sick, takes over a year to accrue (start with 0) - underpaid compared to market rates IF YOU HAVE TO WORK FOR THEM, READ YOUR CONTRACT CAREFULLY
