Pros

Global organization with exposure to large enterprise clients and complex technology programs. Talented colleagues across many teams and opportunities to work on large-scale initiatives.

Cons

Leadership roles and responsibilities can shift quickly, often without clear communication. In some cases, female employees may find their responsibilities reduced, titles changed, or reporting structures altered with little explanation. Women in leadership may face particular challenges in maintaining influence and visibility. Over time, some find themselves gradually moving away from decision-making roles or key initiatives. It can also be difficult for concerns or feedback to be heard or addressed effectively. Employees should be prepared for unexpected organizational changes, including reassigned responsibilities or roles.

Pros

Data Center Exposure Free lunch in cafeteria at Mesa location Can have a lot of downtime Not aggressively tracking you on everything Job is not difficult

Cons

no free lunch for other locations in valley Pay could be better Only contracted to work with the data center company, HCLTech could potentially lose the contract not directly employed by data center company. No benefits if working through an agency, only paid holidays if direct HCL. Management is a bit scattered.
