Pros
Benefits are good; standard plan is meh, but the gold plan is worth its weight in gold. Some groups are good to work with; reasonable and understanding and able to take days off when needed. Good entry level position if doing L1
Cons
Underpaid. Some groups have too little work, and some have too much work. Not much room to move up unless management is a thing for you. There are some "technical support" positions are filled by people who couldn't troubleshoot their own computer problems.
