      Pros

      Our Organization was sold to HCL. We were under an agreement to supply the same pay, benefits for the duration of the contract. So, HCL was just following what was in the contract.

      Cons

      They are just a contract house, a very large contract house. They are not very good at management of the people/resources. They predominately are a developer contractor house. Also was basically run from India.
