Pros
No Firing is one and only good thing about HCL I have discovered in my last two years. Except that can not see anything worthy

1 of the BIGGEST PROBLEM in HCL is YOU WILL NEVER GET APPRAISED ON TIME. Management in HCL is the most worst. Your appraisal will open on time. then according to the process it should take 3months for completion (which is already very much as compared to other companies). Even in this also management will delay it as much as possible. I have seen people getting appraisal after 8 to 10 months as well. WORST COMPANY YOU WILL EVER SEE IN YOUR CAREER IF YOU JOIN HCL
