Pros
Fantastic culture.. Importance is given more on if you have done good work without escalations rather than how much time you have put in. If your RM is good, then there is no worry.
Cons
As with many organizations that are huge in size.. there are some dead weight senior management and its tough to get your ideas past them and this also sometimes affects your growth. when its time to share credit everyone will want a piece and when times are tough there ll be very less number of people standing by you.
