Pros
The best thing about HCL is the entrepreneurial culture, freedom and flexibility to work in your style. Good audience with senior management and very friendly colleague. It's growing at a rapid pace and CEO has created a new management paradigm by putting his complete confidence in his employees. While lot still needs to be done but it's a company to look forward to.
Cons
Salary could be on lower side and may not be as competitive as others in the industry. High number of Indians in the work force tend to tilt the culture to more Indian company rather than multinational work culture, however they definitely have global outlook.
