Thrown into the deep end with barely any training Expected to meet unrealistic targets Care more about meeting AHT so TL's can get bonus rather than actually helping the customer No support from managers Agents know more about services then TL's Not recognised for hardwork

Cons

Lack of communication, company is way too big, no bonuses under the guise of budget, no raises or promotions. No one seems to understand the process of how to get one
