Regular budget provided to allow me to host parties and meals for my team. Reimbursed for relocation for this job; in general, reimbursement process for business expenses has been fair and expedient. In my experience, HCL works hard to recognize people for jobs well done and to encourage (nearly force) people to submit their ideas for improvement. Good people with whom I most closely work.
Cons
Micro-managing by a senior management that is clearly out of touch with day-to-day operations, yet decisions are made and marching orders given that often make little sense to those in the trenches, so to speak, who most understand what is needed. This managerial approach has led to stress on the team and has negatively impacted, in some ways, the service we provide our client.
