It is not for everyone that the profile offered at the time of interview will be same when you join the company. I was selected for PMO profile but they pushed me to DMO team, where I literally waisted 1.5 years learning nothing but excel. I thought I would switch to different department once I get eligible for interal job posting , but my boss was so selfish that she didn’t support me. When she came to know about my decision of switching, she started doing politics and organised a call with HR where the HR was supporting my boss. The same day I put my resign. I have seen employees in this team working on the same position since 3 years with no growth in salary, designation. I know I am good and hardworking but my boss was blind to notice this. INFRA NORAM DMO is not a team to work with !
