- In general you have different benefits: all of law and additionals like minor and major medical insurance, meal vouchers, 30 days christmas bonus, 10 vacation days first year, 25% vacation pay from your monthly salary. - About the job positions pros, these are according to the project you're assigned because some of them are really bored and some other are a kind of fun. - Always pay on time. - Coffee, tea and water for all.
Cons
- Salary increase is a poorly sad less than the 5% per year (unless you propose new ideas for client for your annual appraisal). - They need to perform more social/sport events to promote/encourage a healthy environment among coworkers. - There's no way for home office.
