      Learning Curve. Time off. Lenient with absences. Laid back. Policies not enforced(dress code, attendance).

      Cons

      Policies are not enforced. Always short staffed. Runs VERY lean. They do not give proper promotions. Limited growth potential. Jobs go to India or they bring Indians to fill them, leaving no growth potential.
