If you are technically very weak along with zero to none management skills but good at sycophancy, HCL is where you should be
Cons
1. No career growth prospects. 2. They lie to clients about their experience of working in relevant projects in past. 3. No hikes unless you are a sycophant. 4. Managers get intimidated by promising resources. 5. Your onsite salary will be barely enough to meet your daily expenses. 6. Managers especially the higher management of E4 and above and HR run hand in hand with not even once questioning each others inefficiency.
