Pros
Support from the top level management was really great and it was easy to access the data through the various Management portals, policies and process were transparent. Company had promotions in acquiring various innovative projects from clients in various field and there values had been raised in stock market
Cons
it was great work environment to perform the tasks, but there were lot of political conflicts with in the team to make wise decisions. work life culture was not effective since top level management demands more work force to support for minor tasks, Job nature was not autonomous and it had hindered my personal growth in organization
