- Good open policy of the top management in providing transparency to all HCL operations. - Was one of the very few companies to support all its employees during the US market meltdown last year. - Easy work setup wherein the junior most employee can go and talk to/write to the top most organizational head. - The organization understands the personal needs of the employees and supports them like no one else at the time of personal crises. - Excellent insurance policy that is very comprehensive, one of the best in the industry
Cons
- Middle management still not fully sensitized of the aspirations and vision of top management, especially Vineet. - A sort-of lethargy has set in, especially amongst those who have served the company for longer years. - No real career progress for folks in the support group. You mostly end up in the same job profile that you were selected for for many years. The reason might be because the company is a services company. - Admin services can be more proactive.
