      No Micromanagement Monthly variable you will get 100% Job Security is very high

      Cons

      PF transfer HCL will not take care of that so easily Appraisal every 3 months (You cannot expect a person to change in every 3 months). At the end everyone is not entrepreneur Leave balance is quite less
