Pros
Very good place to enhance your technical skills quality processes and other technical aspects. Good place to prove yourself and to get appreciations for good work. Very good tools and workflow applications are available. Excellent training department.
Cons
Poor pay package, deaf management towards real needs of employees, favourism and internal politics. Unfair and inequal treatment when it comes to on-site assignments. Management will hear you only when you threaten to leave the company by showing offer letter from another company. Sometimes adamant behavior by new/inexperienced managers.
