Pros
* Good career growth. * Nice environment. * Onsite opportunities are too much. * Good salary when placed onsite. * Rotation policy for the promotion. An employee can move into any domain/technology if he/she have a good knowledge in that. * Secured job as HCL has not asked to leave any employee during the recession time. * Human resource will not think twice to give you the good designation which will be an added advantage if you move out. * Brand off course. I still remember an incident. I was at Dubai airport. A guy who was standing behind me he saw my HCL laptop bag and said MR. HCL....you remind me that add on the television. I was shocked that the people in Dubai knows HCL. Really I was very happy and everyone was watching me at that time. (I felt like a celebrity).

* Poor management. * Politics (A nice place to become a politician) * Pathetic pay structure. Don't expect too much and you will not be disappointed. * Third class human resource. No power. Slaves of managers. * Pay structure is so bad, when you will leave the company a handsome amount of money needs to be paid back. * Poor appraisals.
