- Really good work-life balance - If you want some real work experience, this is one of the best places - They follow lots of non-technical good practices that area good for a future careers.
Cons
for newcomers, the Salary is even lower than some labor jobs that don't require any technical skills. If you start with a lower-end salary, do not expect a reasonable hike no matter how good you are. Basic HR things get delayed for 4-5 months ( like fixing incorrect salary amounts)
