Very relaxed about hours, but was not in a customer facing role
Cons
Project management was a contradiction in terms. We seemed to be hired just to justify charging extra money to third party client. Little to no actual work came our way. Attempting to be polite and give company notice of resignation got me let go the very same day, despite noting that I was willing to work til the end of the week.
