Pros
Barely any. They’ll onboard you like any basic employer, showing how caring they are… but a year or so into the job they start giving you too many issues. Be friendly at first & then hostile (mostly the management)
Cons
Don’t join this company unless you’re literally willing to slave away. Keep in mind it’s a consultancy and they’ll work you regardless of your health or condition. The culture is “always please the customer even if they don’t know anything that they’re doing”. Too much internal politics along with work. Mid-level management works in a manner they’re super afraid of senior levels management. Extremely poor communication with teams & external client.
