Pros
-HCL is one of the well established companies in the industry currently, so you have that advantage and the name of working in a well received company. -Infrastructure is simply awesome, have great cafeterias and Gyms -have opportunities to move to different technology tracks(if permitted by management)
Cons
-Appraisal draws a major flak here, unless you have a good rapport with your management, your performace appraisal is always a concern even if your performance well -3 months of notice period which is a concern as many employers are not ready to wait for such a long period -No night shift allowance no incentives
