Pros
Only good thing is amount of experience you can obtain if you wish to do so. Other than that there are no good points in this company.
Cons
No management. Agent with good technical and customer care skills becomes agent, mentor, team leader and manager while people that should represent these roles spend entire time chit chatting and gossiping or even watching cartoons. I spend most of my time troubleshooting 3rd party issues assigned to me by managers even though we should not be supporting things not related to eir, training new staff, taking care of complicated issues and not even one thank you goes my way from anyone other than customers. They train staff without giving any bonuses or incentives.
