Will get onsite oppurtunites if you are a good developer. Nice Aerospace clients and projects, a lot to learn in both systems and software. Flexi timing for offshore. Good security, nice and stable to settle down.
Cons
Less salary evenj for experienced, vacation time is less. Growth oppurtunites should be more transparant and given for deserved.English language communcation within the company needs to improve by picking the right candidates who coudl communicate well along with skills.
