Only ten days of PTO. Benefits are expensive. 401k was a joke. Not a company to actually grow in. Most people last a year to two years. Their pay sucks. They say they have a bonus, but will hold it from you if they don’t like you. Ten days of training, and then you’re out on the field by yourself. If you’re looking to get into Pharma and have someone else financially taking care of you, and a therapist on speed dial, this is the job for you! Ps, most managers are Caucasian white men.
