      Cons

      Probably everything that has already been said. Low pay, zero progression (in my experience], pressured environment, strange culture. Seem to reap benefits of getting new business but not spend it where it matters.

With roles across the country, we offer a range of terms and conditions, pay and benefits depending on the service and the role – and line managers are empowered to regularly review pay for colleagues not on national frameworks like Agenda for Change.       Working from home and free parking

      Cons

      Everything else. Low pay, terrible benefits, not valued, management don’t listen and can often be bullies. Bad culture, no Christmas party or team building at all unless you have to pay. Company makes profit but the employees can’t tell as you get no bonus or thanks. High workloads, extremely stressful, made me severely depressed. I didn’t know how bad it was until I left. Not a lot of opportunities and even if they do come up it’s a popularity competition. Toxic workplace Do not work here
