Thank you for sharing your feedback on your time here with us at HCSS. We know it can intimidating to do so but hearing from our employees, both past and present, is one of the main ways to ensure we are keeping their best interests in mind. To address some of your concerns, compensation is actively being reviewed by HR to ensure a more standardized pay structure across our organization based on current market benchmarking, location, tenure, etc. Within the past year, we have also expanded our benefits and a recent survey shows that 91% our of employees were satisfied with our current overall package. Shifting from an employee-owned company to a privately owned one does come with its fair share of changes, but overall the end goal is the company's and our employee's continued success.
